It might be worth checking out, but remember there’s any number of legitimate reasons the guy resigned (other commitments etc.), so don’t hassle him.
For all i know he could still work with them but not be a director.
I am operating on the assumption that only TA is a liar and all the rest of the people associated with him are victims of his lies and will be proceeding on this basis with careful consideration and polite diplomacy.

I don’t think this is a good assumption to make.
Its not an assumption as far as i believe it to be true, its an assumption as in im taking the appropriate care and consideration in case they are. (innocent until proven guilty ect…)
