You want people to know u as a fighter, they will treat you as a fighter. Either be wary of you or respect you. A lot of people like to prove how tough they are by picking fights, if you don’t mind people knowing, then you will have to deal with their views
There’s nothing wrong with it but that is how you present yourself to others, same truth as in the video.
If something wears a blackbelt they EARNED to class, they will be treated like one and have to be able to back it up, or look plain foolish in one.

i wear shit like this at work for obvious reasons, but i rarely wear it outside of that unless i mat a fight event. i dont see the point, and i think most mma fightwear looks trashy anyway. although nobody in NZ has any idea what MMA is so it would be the best place in the world to do it and not get the shifty eyeball from drunks.
Not for nothing Alex, but I’d imagine if somoene gave you the stinky eye, they’d be in a big surprise if they tried shit.
I tell people all the time, they have zero idea what their chances are as someone who doesn’t train against someone who beats people for a hobby (amateur), and in some cases, a job (pro).
I think Tapout shirts looks awsome, I was thinking of buying some Tapout MMA shorts but they are so expensive I just train in less expensive shorts. I would wear tapout clothing but I have a feeling it will attract alot of…Douche bags…
then again I might just ignore it and wear it anywayz

WTF? It is just a shirt! If you like it wear it, if you don’t like it, don’t. Simple. I have some of them, too. Wear them in the gym, rarely outside. But I do not make it a habit to comment on the attire of strangers. Now, there are smartasses out there that feel they have to right to say whatever they choose to whomever they choose. I usually tell them to watch their heads as I put them in the back of my cruiser.

That is why I have taken to wearing my rashguard everywhere I go. Those stupid douches.[/quote]
its like the newest cool thing to do, for all the wannabes, notice how you see very few muscular people actually wear them
Oh, I have a good set of shoulders on me, but my gut is in that same proportion. I find the Rashguard the equivalent of a mans girdle, it has a slimming effect on my midsection.
