1 part Dark Rum - St. James is good
1 part Light Rum - take your pick, lately 10 Cane for me
1 part Blackberry Brandy - no need to be picky
2 parts - OJ - fresh squeezed FTW
Pour over ice. Blend and serve in a pitcher.
Best when served around 10 in the morning, when it’s hot outside.

In the UK we call that a ‘Buck’s Fizz’, and it’s normally served around sunrise when you’ve been up all night at some kind of up-market formal ball or party, or at my house, with breakfast on Christmas day.

3 oz vodka
4 oz strong cold beef bouillon
salt
pepper
Combine vodka and beef boullion with four ice cubes in a mixing glass. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir, and strain into a chilled wine glass.
