Well the trolls are back, LOL
Their latest scam is to ask if it is ethical for people who sell martial arts books to use pseudonyms.
This being based on their latest claim that my “real” name is Redford Davis.
For the last twenty years they have been claiming my real name is Chris Hunter; and I have been telling them they were wrong.
They are wrong again this time.
But, even if they weren’t, wouldn’t having multiple identities be a “real Ninja trick?” Which would entitle me to call myself one.
Both of these people are friends of mine. They have helped me when I was down and celebrated with me when I was up. There would be no DOJO Press without their kindness and support. I apologize to them for this nuisance.
But, just like President Bush’s nominations, anyone who is associated with me is subject to attack by the mindless drones of Bullshido; whose initial strike in this direction was motivated by the fact that they think that no one in the world can be named Kim unless they are Korean.
Just drivel from drolling idiots, LOL
I remain, in spite of them all,
Ashida Kim
(The REAL One)
Confused why the misspelling of Radford -even if it’s a friend… Just in case I did a zabasearch for “Redford Davis”:
One in whole US. No address associated but telephone number: (707) 644-3268
Did a public phonebook search on that phone number:
Robert R Rogers - (707) 644-3268 - , Vallejo, CA 94589
Did a corporations search for a “redford Davis” in florida -no trace.
Therefore, I think that the Redford is a red herring…
I can’t believe that he’s still trying to convince people that he’s Japanese, his days are truly numbered, I think this whole setup has been very detrimental to his credibility
There is no dojo press, Inc. in California or florida.
So, I wonder where this corporation is. If we can find the corporation, there has to be a statutory agent on record, which may shed light on this question.
Hmmm . . . I can’t remember if it was through accurint or a similar program, but we had a national corp check at the collection agency . . . damn, here lately you guys have me almost wishing I still worked there.
We could go state by state searching. But that would take a few hours. And I would expect it to be filed in Florida since that is where the business operations are located. So, I suspect they are calling it a corp, even though it isn’t a corp.
we’ve already done quite a bit of searching for his “corp” in FL and it doesn’t exist, which means that he’s practicing without a business license and probably tax evading
By the way, Sam B’s computer is dead so he wanted me to relay the message that it’ll be a while before he can get back online. He’s estimating sometime late in the coming week.
Even if he is incorporated somewhere else, he may have to file as a foreign corp in FL to have a principle place of business there.
If we find enough of this stuff out, we may be able to sue the ninja in florida wit the help of lawdog (a florida attorney I believe)
If he is not paying federal taxes or in some other way scamming the government, we could bring a “qui tam” action against him. “qui tam” means “on behalf of the king”. After a complaint is filed, the government has the option of picking up the case. If they refuse, we keep the $$, if they accept the case, then I think they will give us 10% of an award.
You now know more about “qui tam” than most of the lawyers in the united states.
Well, if it’s just tax, all you have to do is turn them in to the IRS, and the IRS will give you a share in the $.
That is much easier, but I hate the IRS so much, I don’t know if I could ever bring myself to turn someone in. I would have to hate the person more than the IRS, that’s a tough call even with the ninja.
