As far as I can tell, the officer was justified in what he did…he warned her several times on what he was going to do…she just kept talking on the phone…although…maybe the 2nd hit with the taser was a bit much
Also, I believe it was mentioned on the commentary that she took a swing at the officer inside the car as he was trying to take the cell phone away from her…I couldn’t see it.
What do you guys think? Too much? Did he follow protocol?
