It sucks when you still care about them, but know they are no longer the person you want them to be/thought they were. And even if you got back together, you would know that in the back of your mind, and its just never the same.
Alot of people will say ‘Oh, but you two should get back together! You were so good together!’ but I am here to say fuck that bullshit. Love fucks you in the ass, with no lube. There are plenty of other bitches in the sea, and you deserve a better one.

Alex, my fiancee just broke off our engagement a few weeks ago so I completely feel for you. But understand that there is no such thing as a “waste of time,” especially when it comes to relationships. You learn from others and how you act from this point forward will define you as a person. While yes, there are “many fish in the sea,” and I hate that term with a passion…there are only so many of your favorite type of fish. If you love her, then you’ll find a way to forgive her; if you don’t truly love her, I would recommend standing your ground and taking some time off to reflect…you never know what you may find. You may even find that you don’t want to be in a relationship.

Why do you have such a problem with women right now?
we sat down the other day for dinner and just went through everything that we didnt like about each other and about this relationship. took about 3 hours, but we sorted everything out. then we went and had a few drinks and she got quite emotional about how she feels she pulls me down etc… poor bint. i blame her crazy fucking parents- the kind who if she came second would berate her for not coming first. not a cool way to raise someone.
I must meet the wrong kind. The last couple girls I have dated have either had coke problems, been major ho’s, or just massive drama queens, and been full of shit. Ever since I broke up with my ex after we had dated for two years, I have been kinda jaded on wimminz. (No homo) I thought I was gonna marry the bitch, was ‘in love’ and all that gay BS. Now I am pretty burned out, and keep my expectations low.
Ouch… I’m sorry. I guess one of the things I don’t understand so much is how anyone can be so close to someone, care so deeply for them, and then refer to them in such derogatory terms. Personally I think they’d have to do something pretty abysmal for me to lose all of my respect for them, and label them in such crude ways.
