Rex was an ex BJJ instructor, who had spent the last five years opening BJJ/MMA schools. " I remember just rushing to each opening" he recalls. He was overweight to the point of no longer being able to see his shoes when he stood up. He arrived at the wing chun wellness center exhausted and enfeebled. He was served chicken pot pie.
The next day, Rex received his daily excersize regimen: A walk around the block, coupled with bong sau practice. He increased his walk around the block daily, and began doing single chi sau, sticky hands, kicking level, and finally chi sau and weapons work. Meanwhile, he was eating the wing chun diet and felt stronger each day. By the time he left the Wing Chun wellness center, Rex had gotten all the excess weight off and become a deadly wing chun master, and the weight has never returned since he left the center. He is undefeated in 25 no holds barred street fights in hong kong back alleys
Listen Jiz-trap. No one gives a shit about your bullshit stories you make up. the more you speak, the more you sound like a twat… so knock it off.
ha ha! good one, gg.
do you guys serve the chicken pot pie in a full crust shell or just put the little crust circles on top?
How many BJJers are so fat they can’t see their shoes?
And how many Chunners?
That’s what I thought.
I was going to comment on how many _ing _un guys are LARP’n fatty’s vs how many legit BJJ guys are fatty’s

What the fuck? Every time I post something it gets moved here. Are the people moving it even giving me a chance?
I’m convinced. Where is your sifu? I must practice your kung fu.
ggboxer, you suck ass man. Nothing personal, you just suck.
Sifu likes to stay under the radar. He isn’t intersted in the glory aspect
As I said, ggboxer sucks ass. Nothing can describe the suckage of his sucky suckiness.
I’ll take your insult in stride
actually, the original post wasn’t that bad.
what about the pot pie? shell or top crust? anwer the question coward!!
Yea, losing weight, learning how to fight
It’s a shell, but whole grain, we focus on the rice and vegetables within
excellent. overall, rice and veggies are not the key to a great pot pie, IMHO. the shell, warm and crusty (sometimes glazed with a hint of butter) adds the proper texture complement to the filling while providing the needed structure to ensure even temperature within.
We server other stuff there dude, thats not the point of the Wing Chun wellness center anyway
