I am an Atheist, and an empiricist.
One does not need to prove that God does not exist, when someone points to the Bible as evidence God exists.
Nor does one need to prove that a demographic’s individual characteristics are not accurately reflected by sample aggregate polls, or similar surveys.
Surveys can be useful, or the reverse.
And the Bible is an important historical piece of literature, because of man’s history, and its impact on Western Civilization art, music, philosophy, and historical politics.
That does not mean it is a divine truth.
Likewise the Koran, in its day, and area, included a series of reforms and advancements to women’s rights, but the modern standards of women’s rights moved past it, and now it is backwards, or barbaric, in that regard.
What was the complicated question we were trying to reduce to an overly simplistic general soundbite again?
You’re asking for the same thing the racists want.
The ability to predictively stereotype people’s choices or behaviors on something that is much more complicated, or complex, than the variable you wish to make the star of the show due to what I could only describe as ignorant small mindedness.
