Signatures

Hi there. I just got done creating a Military Signature, and I’d like to use it. However, when attempting to edit my signature, I receive this message:

Sorry, you are not permitted to have a signature.

Do I need a certain amount of posts before I can have a signature? Thanks in advance.

Chuck
Hi there. I just got done creating a Military Signature, and I’d like to use it.
When I first tried to use mine as a signature, it was about the size of a postage stamp. I had to set it up in auto-paste. If you copy paste the link, it will work and be life-size.

Thanks. But, I can’t even input a signature at all.
Thanks. But, I can’t even input a signature at all.
Trust me, you don’t want to use it as a signature. If you are able to post links, copy the link and paste it at the end of your post, it will display your banner.

OK. Gotcha. Thank you.

Success!
I suppose that depends on your definition.
Success!
That looks great. Aside from that, you have 50 posts now and may be able do other stuff.

Ooh, Improved Los Angeles class sub. You served on these?

SSN-759, USS Jefferson City, 93-97.

Thanks dude.

We originally configured signatures to only be available to Sponsors/Supporting Members or people with a certain number of posts, also they were set to display only if you actually posted a substantial amount of text so as to not overwhelm the board.

At least, that’s how it should work.
