Hey, definitely an improvement! Good job and keep training.
You look much more relaxed, more power too. Seems like a big improvement in a short time keep it up.
Are you being instructed to move both of your hands from your chin when striking?
You’re keeping particularly good control of your footwork. I can see you still have that old urge to dance a bit, but it’s under control.
Strong and fast kicks. I would nitpick about your upper body now–keeping the hands up and in front of you (some people do advocate swinging them, however), and twisting the hips into the kick.
There is definitely an improvement from the last time. Good work.
One thing that I would suggest is to bring the kicking leg back to the stance from which you started. You are just dropping your leg after you make contact with the bag. After you land, bring the kicking leg back to your fighting stance.
Also, keep the rear hand at your face. Swinging the other one is fine but keep the other one up.
I thought the left legged looked a lot like you were worried about kicking the wall. Try pulling your target out a little further next time to get that out of the back of your mind. It looked like it was making your left side a little stiff and unnatural. Look a lot better than the last set though. Next step is to keep your hands up…

I think it has something to do with how you behaved in your other thread in Strikeistan (that is now locked), you definitely seem to be on somebody’s shit list.
I know right but it’s not like I was cursing or disrespecting anyone I just had some different opinions then some of the other people

This shouldn’t be in Trollshido. I think this kind of thread should be encouraged.
Still doing the exact same mistakes that every two week practitioner does, re-read the old thread, drop the ego and you might fix them.

If he was genuinely after advice, it’d deserve to be in the striking forum. This guy is pretty much the equivalent of someone putting up a video of themselves doing judo throws completely wrong in the grappling forum and then telling a judoka bb who corrects his mistake ‘piss off, i just want you to tell me how much i rock and look like bruce lee’.
Currently this guy’s kicks have more in common with cardio kickboxing than Muay Thai. The fact that he is learning off the internet with obviously no instructor teaching him doesn’t help either.
I still don’t understand why you think I am being egotistical you assume I put a link to this video because I wan’t everyone to tell me how awesome I am but if thats your opinion then I respect
that. Don’t try and make it look like I am being arrogant or rude like you are right now. I am trying to get help and advice and so far people have been telling me that I have improved which I have you can argue that all day if you want but if you say there has been no improvement at all it really shows just about how much you know about martial arts.
