Faxed to City of Parma:

Does everyone who needs it have access to this project forum?

How the fuck would I know?

Apparently, the answer is that I ask Sam.

Only admins and I can see this subforum, and those are the only people who need to see it.

These are all the records Parma PD has for Marek:

Summary:

 • Marek's claim that he "worked as an Undercover Narcotics Detective and a DUI enforcement officer" is an exaggeration; he never made detective.
 • There is no record of the reason for his resignation, but according to a handwritten note in the records, it was probably on good terms.
 • In that handwritten note, there is a reference to a Joel Hodgell and a phone number of 206-362-2166, with a notation that this is about a Seattle lawsuit. It might be worth emailing him at joelhodgell@netzero.net to see what that was about.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy records Marek as having gone through the standard local police training course they give, and are checking on the claims about his class standing.
