This video is of Chris “Red Line” Wing working mitts with his boxing coach as he prepares for his Pro MMA debut on June 11’th. He finished his ammy career 9-2 and held titles in three different weight classes.

thanks…he’s come a long way with his boxing. He’s only had “formal” boxing training for about 18 months. His coach has done a great job with him
his coach should try actually hitting him when hes doing those slipping drills. he also does that thing i hate when people finish a combo and stand there. im chronic for that, i never let any of my clients get away with it though.
I actually ask my trainers to hit me cos I just get mad if I end up still standing there. Most are ok with it… I did get an odd look a couple of times though when I said they weren’t hitting me hard enough
