Post whoring v2

Thank you guys

really great results

The bit at the end about giving yourself time is right. I had a craniotomy to remove a meningioma and got medical leave for a year then medical retirement from my interesting career. I started back by doing a couple of hours a morning as a cleaner, then too quickly tried to go back to working full time in offices. I chose a career similar to my previous one, entry level, but it didn’t work out and I got fired or quit three of them within a year. I did factory and warehouse work etc as a temp for the next four years and even temped on the mail. Looking back on it now most of it was pretty tough physical work for any middle aged man. My problems are understanding what people really mean, and learning and remembering new routines, and recognising what need to be exceptions to routines. Also just dealing with a manager telling me how to do stuff and then someone showing me a different way. It is just cognitive and emotional overload that I think I used to deal with better pre-surgery. (Either that or I was just insulated more by being in a career I enjoyed and did reasonably well!) Also it took me a very long time to realise that I was much less fatigued when having regular, small meals than a big meal at lunchtime. My neuropsychiatrist explained that my problems in understanding situations etc. are often subtle and might not be obvious to co-workers until after a while. Problem is a subtle misunderstanding can still lead to quite major consequences! Definitely though the fewer dustractions and workplace politics the better for me to simply get on and get the job done properly. It really is the case to such a massive extent that people in workplaces can’t quite believe! To sum up, I would say that immediately after the surgery and for a year or so I was physically very fatigued. I could tell it had had a big impact. But then after that things seemed to me normal. As the years rolled by I started getting more skilled at realising my mistakes and misunderstandings etc. So, bizarrely, as time has gone on, I have presumably been getting more “back to normal” but internally I have over the years been feeling progressively “less normal” simply because my problems are becoming more visible to me! Just how it seems to me, anyway. Good luck everyone.

I have been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. My doc put me on Xanax. It may sound strange, but it makes me have the worst hangover. Thats why I take CBD oil (more info on site ). It calms all my nerves down. Allows me to stay calm and well organized. So you’ll never know until you give it a try

As someone of actual Mediterranean heritage, I assume that I follow this diet by default and am offended that my cultural heritage has been appropriated for other people’s weight loss.

lol no seriously, that type of eating is what used to be known as ‘Sicilian peasant cuisine’. You know–you’re too poor for a ton of meat and fat, so you eat sardines (incidentally high in omega-3s), chickpeas (protein + fiber), and whatever vegetables and spices are around, along with olive oil. Seriously, you know that cookie dough made with chickpeas that has become popular? The poorer Italians added chickpea flour to sweet baked goods LONG before it became trendy, simply because they couldn’t afford much actual flour and sugar.

Massage is either by male or female, if by a professional, its always good. Massage therapy is the best option to give your body as well mind relaxation…

Massage improves circulation, which increases blood flow, bringing fresh oxygen to body tissues. This can assist the elimination of waste products, speed healing after injury, and enhance recovery from disease.

Benefits of Therapeutic massage

It can be used to promote general well-being and enhance self-esteem, while boosting the circulatory and immune systems to benefit blood pressure, circulation, muscle tone, digestion, and skin tone.

The term cheat meal is dumb IMO. Cheating infers that you slipped up or did something you weren’t supposed to do. If I want to treat myself I’m damn well doing it on purpose, and usually fitting it in my macros anyway.

Anyway, I’d have to say pizza and ice cream are high on my list too.
