Do highter rep with moderate weight then you will gain more fast muscle fiber . Other think that can help It’s to lower your rest period between your set . Do not rest after one exercise go to the next exercise you have to do.

hey 94 m don’t train only in strong lift only please alternate between absolute and relative. Because If you lift heavy to many time you will have some nervous problem and don’t do high rep too often because that will affect your cns. When you doing your isometric workout do one rep at the start and one rep at the end of your motion for 5-10 second and for 5 rep( a punch or a lift) only. Your work should not take more than 100 sec.
