No. You’re stupid. Its an ancient martial art practiced by the Chinese for a long time, they had the secret. Bone gets harder. If u break down the small molecules by repedetly abusing it, and give it time to heal, you’re bones get HARDER. they get more DENSE.
look it up if u dont believe me. Chi Kung. i mean common really. there are people who break stones with their bones for a living. u try that. u try what those shaolin monks do. break an iron bar over ur head or a staff across any part of ur body. or an effing 1 finger hand stand. good luck.
Better to look like a fool, than to open ur mouth and prove it.
u guys need to check out a couple things. fight science the martial arts edition, as well as the national geographic shaolin documentary. Secrets of the Kung Fu Temple. These are people that dedicate their lives to this art. Seen a video of a shaolin monk gettin punched in the stomach, the guy punchin him cudnt believe it.
Really? You waste your initial post to necro a six year old thread so you can blather on about damaging small molecules (not what happens) and talk about a couple of TV documentaries while spitting out logical fallacies, text speak and grammatical errors left and right? Good lord, what do they teach in schools these days?
Lurk more, post less. Hang out in newbie town, and learn why it’s a bad thing to hump a 7 year old thread to argue with people who no longer post on this site about an issue that no one cares about.
