Yeah, anyway, you probably already guessed that I think the best p4p fighter in the world is Melton Bowen. If you don’t know who that is, mmabrothers, I suggest you start another thread to ask everyone.
Man, Bowen is a fly fighter. He pretty much outstruck Steve Jennum while mounted, that’s how good he is.

Jennum always was a bit of a wuss. I mean, he was well rounded for his time. He was an early ground and pound guy, too. I have an old Ultimate Ultimate poster packet that said he trained in " Innovative Martial Arts Strategies", a system he created that trains TKD, Muay Thai, Boxing, Judo, and BJJ. He trained that for an hour an a half a day, and then he went to lift weights.
But he was a wuss, and that stems from his years of training as a ninjer. I don’t care how many hour and a half MMA training sessions you do. I don’t care how many minutes you lift weights. I don’t care what pressure point fighting system you learned at the police academy. Years of ninjer training will weaken you forever. And even if you are well rounded in an age where most people specialize, even if you do win a few fights, you’re not going to look good. You’re not going to look good even against a Canadian karate dork in a wife beater, or a flabby-ass " pitfighter".
Heck, you won’t even look good against a glove-wearing boxer with gorilla nipples:
Speaking out in Steve Jennum’s favor, though, I have to say that he could go far with that “Ninja Cop” moniker. He should make a buddy cop movie with either Harold Howards or Melton Bowen as his partner and have Tank Abbot be the bad guy.
