I have invented a way to help finish a scissor sweep. This may not be a legitimate technique but it seems to help.
A lot of times when you do a scissor sweep on a speedy person, they will bounce back onto their knees very fast. They are escaping before they even hit the ground. If you try to go straight to mount they are just gonna shrimp out.
Instead of going to mount you go to a Knee on belly where you face AWAY from them. You sort of keep your scissor sweep position after the sweep is complete. You also keep your gi grip.
(it is difficult to draw the details, this is just the general idea)
This “scissor position” knee on belly is just temporary. It just makes it difficult for them to shrimp out. Once you get your balance you throw your posted leg over their legs -> all the way to the other side, then go into side control.

A lot of times when you go to a truck stop. a speedy person will ask you to get on your knees very fast. They are escaping their horrible lives of hiding their true nature. If you try to go straight to mount they are just gonna freak out.
Instead of going to mount you get on your knee where you face their crotch. You sort of keep your mouth in the open position after they take you to the bathroom. You also keep your ballsack grip.
(it is difficult to draw the details, this is just the general idea)
This “mouth open” on knees is just temporary. It just makes it difficult for them to deny their true selves. Once you get your rhythem you throw your face between their legs with all the vigor you can muster-> all the way to their completion, then go into back mount.
FTFY!
Oh, this thread is going to be fun.
FTFY!
Flawless victory.
This is a real technique. If you close your mind to new stuff grappling will never adapt and grow. I have named this method of finishing a scissor “The Kikkoman”. The kikkoman is an effective technique.
People like Jigoro Kano, Eddie Bravo, Kikkoman, the gracie’s, etc have contributed to the grappling world and have created new techniques.
Who moved this to trollshido? This is a serious post.
You expected anything different?
You can’t draw hands.
You suck.
Your artwork sucks.
Your knowledge of scissor sweeps sucks.
WK owns you. This is now his thread.
Go kill yourself.

This is drawn with a mouse in microsoft paint. It’s not going to be a work of art. It’s just to give a general idea of the position.
Can you elaborate? I didn’t post about the scissor itself, just on how to capitalize on it if they are escaping.
You don’t use the kikkoman if you nail the sweep. If you can get to mount or side body directly then do that. But if the sweep did not catch them 100% and they are escaping you go to the kikkoman to counter their escape.
White kimbo’s post should be sent to trollshido. He is the one trolling the technique forum.
The kikkoman is a serious technique.

ELABORATION:
You think grabbing hold of someone in a failed technique is something new.
I’ll post a link shortly.
This is a real move!!! I could have just kept this technique a secret. If everyone wants to ignore it then their loss.
Try an experiment. Have a person who lets you scissor them, but tries to escape 100% the moment the sweep occurs. Doing the classic “go to mount” is not always possible. But the kikkoman is ALWAYS an option.
WHAT?!?! How about a Shlomo Spiderman (pronounced as one would silverman)
You know what else is always an option?
how about a video of kikkoman doing the kikkoman.
how about you go to the mountainous dojo and make all the grappling videos we need to be flabulous grapplers like yourself.
