well well well, here is an update that I just found out. It appears Larry was indeed sued, again, but in Lubbock and he pleaded guilty to breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and accounting and imposition of a constructive trust. He has agreed to pay back about 30K from what I saw in the court records. HE signed the documents stating he was in agreement with this.
I did see some notes about why he is still alive or not in jail. while some of this is civil, some is also Criminal. like taking EFTs over state lines. The last I was aware he was in Austin Texas. I think he moves so fast that by the time people realize he screwed them he is gone. Or, someone scares him out of town like what happened in Lubbock with this lawsuit. I think he had threatened the wrong people here and it backed up to bite him.

Nice to see, if it does become criminal then hopefully he will receive some form of sensible sentencing. I’d like to think he may after all this he gets a sensible job but I’m slightly skeptical.
I don’t think he will become sensible at all. He has been arrested, is responsible for a wife and child, and is just too damn lazy and ignorant to be a man. I think in time he will end up on the wrong side of the law and he will get what he so richly deserves. I cant understand how a woman with a child would stick with such a poor mate as he is. We all know the day will come when he will challenge the wrong person, usually the wives, and he will end up in serious trouble before he can run and hide out of town.

You don’t plead guilty in civil cases.
You just agree to terms and the judgement gets entered against you.
I know you dislike the guy intensely, but don’t make it sound like he pleaded guilty to some sort of criminal charges.
Those would be different proceedings.
Criminal charges would be a different matter. If he did something over state lines, that would be Federal I think.

OH hell he will never pay that debt. Or any of the other debts that he has lost in lawsuits or that he really does owe people that he has stiffed. Not to count his poor family. As far as my family and kids go, the fact that he had to do that as he was not able or willing to threaten me goes a long way to say more about him then I.
