Hello ! My goal is to lose muscle mass while maintening or even increasing fat. I’m currently 145 pounds and 6.2 tall. The bad thing is my abs are getting nearly visible, I’d like to lose 10 pounds while getting more fat around those abs. It might sound strange to you sportsmen as most of them’s goal is to gain muscle and get lean… Well i’m not a sports man, i’m a karateka. In karate it is very dangerous to be big and lean because it makes you a very easy target, and it makes your VITAL POINTS very visible and easy to acces to. Also, muscles slows both body and mind. I’m not gonna get into a description of karate concepts right here, it was just a parenthesis to make it clear that i dont want people try to convince me muscles are useful and so on . My goal is indeed to lose muscle and gain bodyfat and i’m asking here for advices that could help me reach the next level in that. I eat a lot of fruits , vegetables, fat, and some bread . Maybe do i eat too much bread and not enough fat? I’m at around 300grams(10 slices) bread per day and around 200grams of fat (a solid glass of oil). Of course i avoid protein sources. Maybe should i inverse those too, like 5 slices of bread and 2 glasses of oil? I do train a lot of course, everyday. Thanks.

A friend adviced me hardcore stuff which i will do in couple of weeks. It includes partial muscles ablation by chirurgical means. It may be a good mind exercice as well as i’m going to do it without anesthesy.
I know chirurgy sounds like cheating, but i dont care as karate is for war, not for sport. In karate, everything goes. I’m also considering hormonal help. A catabolic and anti-androgen may help me a lot in achieving my goals. Would oestrogen and cortisone be a good choice?

However, now that I think about it, like 99% of all the famous karateka were all lean, muscular guys. The only good karateka I can think of who wasn’t was Mas Oyama in his later years, but he had a lot of muscle under his fat, benched a lot etc.
Again, do not compare sports and sportsmen with war and killers. Being lean and muscular is good for sports, no doubt about it. But if you want to kill and not to get killed, then it is totally wrong. Maximum speed and endurance, as well as minimum target surface are the golden attributes when it comes to mastering death.
Basically, you just need to stop eating anything except doughnuts and your only beverage should be half-and-half. That is, if you’re really preparing for war.
