Hi Jim,
I hope all is well.
I just got permission from the FBI to talk to you about their visit to my
office regarding your DVD business. The case is closed now, in case this
comes as news to you.
Did you know?
Thanks,
Steve Collins

Request the information from the justice department with a FOIA request. I’m not sure what your damages are. Other than really pissing you off.
It seems like the Gracies filed a complaint with the government and they were obliged to investigate. Since it didn’t go anywhere, it just seems like a waste of government money more than anything else. It seems counterproductive to keep trading blows with these idiots.
The ruthlessness of these people are amazing. It really is a cult, with people willing to jepordize their livelihoods to help out somebody who is in essence a gym teacher. Maybe Fetosa gives good head or something.
Now, if the investigation had come to light and gone further than it actually did while you were at trial, then this could have been grounds for something bigger.
The real bone you have to pick is with your immigration attorney. Who knows, maybe he was in on this too.
I don’t know that a formal complaint with the justice department will come to anything. But the allegation that the FBI was used to intimidate a plaintiff in a civil case should be a black mark against the agents who suggested this. My guess is the Cult agents aren’t the ones that investigated. More likely the Cult members coached Carlos how to phrase his complaint.
So do you want me to contact this Steve guy?
What’s this subpoena and grand jury about? Although, grand jury stuff is sealed - you will never see that.

Wow! But with the grand jury involved and a judge to sign the subpoena
(which contains the DA’s name and number for me to contact with Q’s), sure
sounds like the were not sneaking around on their own. They also said I can
talk to you now. Just like I was and they were surprised you would be doing
something wrong, I would be very surprised if these guys were. They seemed
like decent people.
