Best place to train full contact TKD or Karate in south Florida?

Looking to learn some flying spinning stuff. Legit sparring is a must. Competition team tournament style.

There’s a KK place out Wiles road toward the west. I don’t know anything about them, but would be something I would check out.

(edit: also, merged. AdStrike is probably the better location, for this).

(edit: Here’s the FB page: https://www.facebook.com/coconutcreekkarate/)

edit moar: yeah, egg on my face twice. The place I meant is Shotokan, and this is their details:
Address: 10810 Wiles Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33076
Phone:(954) 346-0035

thanks

not much flying in kyukoshin though, just that one flipping wheel kick
thanks
Please report back if you can. I’ve heard talk that there’s a place in Coral/Coconut area that may be what you’re looking for, and I drove past this Shotokan place a couple of times, thinking “hey, that’s probably the place.” But, since it was third-hand mat talk, I don’t know, and it’s a little far to my SW to find out, personally.

On that note, I’ll make a point to ask around. I’m regularly running into Blackzillians and ATT crowd, surely I know somebody that knows, I just need to ask the right question of the right somebody.

Sent you a couple of PMs. Possibly more on the way.

Why not just drill the kicks and then use them in Muay Thai sparring?

Literally all of the spinning shit in shotokan is also in kyokushin. And if you do some digging, you will find plenty of kyokushin knock outs with flying knees and the like. Just go and do best karate.

I’m guessing OP is looking for a specific technique or two, not a whole new style. Rayce’s suggestion is a better avenue.

I would like to spar with some traditional guys and get a feel for their style and timing while learning some fancy new techniques.
