Hmm, well I’d start with Thanongdet Chengsimiw, Diesellek Kingboxing, Lamsongkram Choowattana… any of the top-ranking Thais in the welterweight and superwelterweight divisions could give him a run.

it was, indeed, fantastic.
Even with the extra weight Disellek would KTFO because of his garbage hand skills (he has good elbows, good parrys, shitty everything else). TAKE A FUCKING BOXING CLASS! Yod is strong enough to hurt him and fast enough to null his clinch and teep/roundhouse game plan.
Lamsogkram would be an interesting fight indeed. I haven’t seen enough of his fights to say how it might go down. Any thoughts?

Actually, I just looked up Lamsongkran’s fight record and it seems he and Yod fought last week in Equatorial Guinea (of all places) in the final of an 8-man and Yod won via first round KO, so there you go! (it should be said, however, that it wasn’t FTR, and elbows are one of his big strengths).
Thanongdet is the current Lumpini welterweight champ. He’s been around a while… he probably couldn’t beat Yod, actually, really I was really just throwing out names that wouldn’t be a walk-over. My point being: Yod isn’t unstoppable or anything. I’m sure there’s plenty of guys in Thailand who could go 5 rounds.

I can agree with that. Otherwise though, outside of the clinch, he’d get KTFO. Plus Yod would be a bit of a smaller and faster target for him, he’d have to choose between take range or going in close. I think evev he know’s he can’t box with that guy.
