I got in a street fight in a stereo typical dark alley and this guy picked up a dirty dildo laying near the trash can (I kid you not) he took a swing to my head and missed. I just said f it and I kneed him in the balls while he was off balance and put my hand on his head and pushed his head into the concrete. then kicked the dildo away and RAN!

It really depends on the place… I’d say learn the striking from some where else and the grappling at a MMA place would be ok. do you want to compete in MMA? I’v seen some top notch MMA gyms that have excellent striking and grappling. but it depends.
