I lost about 10 lbs (am at 80 kilo now) and seems like a fair share of it was muscle. Since then my strength has dropped dramatically, 140 kilo on the front squat was lighter than 120 is now. Back squat has dropped with as much as 20 kilo if not more, I was able to do 180 kilo but now a few reps with 150 is heavy as hell
Snatch has remained practically unchanged though, which was 100 kilo max, but I was able to bang out 4 reps with 84 kilo, of which I had to do the 4th one over and made it the 5th try.
Clean has dropped from two reps with 130 to one with 120 kilo.
Raz, you’re like a shining beacon of reason on this soon-to-be-trainwreck!! Absolutly correct, we’ll have to seal both ends and retreat to a safe distance!!!
