Anyone with a law degree knows that the bottom-feeders specialize in workers comp or work for the D.A. This is the most memorable case taught to first year law students studying torts and deals with the concept of the unforeseeable plaintiff. Something is very wrong with your claim that you have a J.D. since you missed this obvious reference.

In my state you will have to file this complaint under your own name, or convince a lawyer to do this for you. Since your story about graduating from law school seems very unlikely, I doubt most of your remaining factual assertions about yourself. The ham handed way you threated to go to an ‘ethics committee’ by itself indicates you have no understanding how the grievance process works. Had you taken the required professional responsibility course at a Law School your implied threat would have been more sophisticated.

OOh…you’re getting warmer. I have a lot of friends in Chicago, as that is where I completed my J.D. I will tell them all you said “hi.” However, my residence is in Michigan, and I have not worked in the legal profession for nearly 15 years, but last time I checked, one had to possess character in order to sue for defamation of character. Also, what damage has been done? Have you lost clients? Suffered mental anguish? You refer to yourself as a dick many times on this website so why not sue yourself?
Regarding your threat to file a defamation of character suit, may I suggest you file a Class Action Suit against all who have potentially defamed you on this website. You may realize that you are your own worst enemy.
