I have discovered that I have problems keeping gas escaping during opportune moments. When the sensei is speaking or I am working with a partner, particularly when that person is in my guard, I often pass gas. I have discovered that the Sanchin Kata allows me to clinch my buttocks together tightly, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any other techniques I can use to keep from crop-dusting the class.
It is especially difficult during quiet yoga sessions where I am doing downward dog.
Jalon Anderson will be more than happeh to explain his exercise of clenching a book between your butt cheeks. His Kung Fu truly explains how the human body works.

Quit jamming things in to your anus and it wont be such a loose hole.
