Attack of the clones, now there’s a well written film…
But seriously I liked the film a lot, it had good actors for the most part, wonderful special effects and action sequences above all the story was just excellent as always; the one poor quality aspect or the one bad thing about it was the script. If fact if the script was good I’d say it would have gone down as one of the best films made, a classic but now it’ll only be considered a favortie by fans of Star Wars, generally speaking.
Just as if I were to start practicing BJJ on the ground without an opponent, submitting imaginary foes, I would NOT be preparing myself for a fight, but the principles would still be correct.
Blad3:
But these moves have been corrected through differnt processes already, therefore practsing them with out an opponent, although not suffcient enough at all, will still mean you’re doing “correct moves” however there will be faults as no one else is present for you to do them on. You still may have to modify even these “correct” moves.
Well I find it very difficult to land my shots alot of the time, especially as the other person is moving about, backing away, charging in etc, grabbing, backing away again.
I find that for every ten punches I throw I’ll land 1 or 2 to be honest.
Yet I have 80? 90? video of fights, I;ve seen friends be attacked by 5 or more people - They haven’t gone down - explantion please? None, because fights aren’t always, if rarely, over in 10 punches - a Mcdojo Bullshido Myth.
Boxing is boxing - all boxers box when they box, they train to boxing for boxing matches - get it?
I thow heavy punches hoping they will, somtimes thinking they will, but usually I try to connect. They just miss lol. It’s all down to me not training much at all. I also have an eye problem, left eye (lazy eye, quite bad not that bad - I can barely see out of it, but I had an operation to stop the “laziness” :P) I think, when I’m sparring, that this may put me at a disadvantage…?
Real life would have to include Guns, knifes and Gangs: No MA will adequtely train you for this. Using equal force or running away is a good option, that’s not an MA.
But why not just go and try them (WT etc) moves out? See if they honestly work, even if you’re almost positive they do (even if you’ve used them), you should still try vs MMA
'Boxing is boxing - all boxers box when they box, they train to boxing for boxing matches - get it?"
This for a time was my quote but I thought it was inhumane to keep it up! I would mumble this line in the shower or on my way to work or school and break out laughing .
In his defense he claimed to be very tired when he typed it up.

Just a hypothetical question, if a Monk Master, say erm… Shi Yan Li wants to generate a large sum of money in order to pay for the building of a few schools, would challenging a Gracie be a good idea?
Also, how might one go about challenging a Gracie?
Or, does anyone have a better idea on how to make large sums of money from fighting in competitions? Could Pride organise some exhibition fights with decent pay?
I realise this is a strange question, I’ll fill you guys in once I pass the feedback to the master. Thanks.

Perhaps he’s like Vince in the Seinfeld episode, where he appears a mature, thoughtful, deep man. When Elaine finally knocked on his door, his mother answered the door and she got a glimpse of a nerdy pimple faced teenager.
What he thinks and says he is, and what he REALLY is are probably very different!
