Hey Pat, if this is really you, we met at the seminar you had in Lee’s Summit (you gave me the nickname “Sleeper Cell”).

I own and operate this website.

When this thread was originally posted and came on our radar the staff clearly expressed that this was tabloid level discussion and not worthy of being taken seriously; a position we’ve maintained throughought discussion. So even though we allowed the discussion to continue (as is our policy), it was made clear that this was in no way a site/staff sanctioned project.

The letters/etc from Mr. Kujawski were kept as reference because they’re frankly more damning to him than they are to you given how over-the-top and “gossipy” they come off.

If anything, the discussion has become more about running down the individual responsible for publishing those accusations on the internet.

Thanks for posting though, and we look forward to news of this issue being resolved, which we will no doubt cover.

Bullshido is like a cork board on which various people post messages. Various poster quoted Mr. Kujawski because he brought up certain claims that are relevant to the Miletich method of chosing affiliates and training the instructors who teach there.

We do not pre-screen postings, and such posts are not an endorsement of their content. However I would urge you, to comment on each issue Kujawski raises that regards martial arts training and affiliate instructor selection. If you would like a specific list of such question please contact Phrost.

In the meantime if you are suing Mr. Kujawski, Bullshido would be happy to reprint the complaint that you are filing as your interm reponse. Unless your court file is sealed this will be public information anyway. Please ask your lawyer if he will agree with this suggestion which was previously used over at e-budo on another case. We will also be happy to print his answer and any other court documents that are in the public domain.
