UK police have shot dead a woman - described as a ‘martial arts expert’ - in the English city of Kent. This time the suspect was waving what appeared to be a gun.

“A firearm was discharged” Yeah the policeman’s…you’d think there would be a definitive “Lady threatens peoples lives with gun. Got shot. Hoorah!” Why the confusion?
“What appeared to be a gun”? Do they mean a fake gun or do they mean she was waving a sausage roll in a threatening manner and they thought it might be a gun?

Apparently she was a Mentaly Ill woman doing a suicide by cop with a BB gun. She is being described as a martial arts “fan” in todays news, not an expert any more then.

I once saw police in Glasgow surround and order a suspected gunman to the ground at rifle point to discover the gun was actualy a roll of toilet paper. I bet he needed it shortly after.
