u don't do mma, stop it, crossfit is too much for you, try tae bo or pole dancing

we have to do crossfit but i hate it, crossfit is fast pace and im not. what other workouts can i do and get the same results other than lifting alot of heavy weights and getting all bulky. thank you

I will give you an answer, but I fully expect TeM to come and nuke this thread

lift heavy weights and do the Tabata protocol on a bike. Its not going to be easier than Crossfit. Stop being a bitch and get on with what you have to do.

Too fucking bad. Don’t post this crap again in the PT forums.

I would like to get in shape without putting in any work. Please show me some efficient diet and excercise plan that satisfies this criterion.

P.S. I like Cheetos, I heard they are a great source of iron, is this true?

not cheetos, doritos.
and you can get good calcium supplements with jalapeno chedder dip added to the doritos.
oh, and big macs have all 4 food groups, so they must be good for you.

By four food groups. Do you mean cheese, beef, bread and secret sauce?

What do you suggest for workout? I tried typing but now I just use a dictaphone because it’s too hard, especially because I hurt my mousearm shoulder in the great Sunwell raid of 2008.

Getting liposuction and pectoral implants is just too much hard work! :frowning:

who doesnt like big macs???:happy7:

Listen, I run four blocks to the Carls Jr. every day before I buy my Double Western Cheeseburger. The workout and calories cancel each other out.

Chipotle uses all natural and organic ingredients. Would eating 3 fajita burritos a day be a good way to detoxify my body?

Pole dancing is actually pretty strenuous. This is my friend from anime club’s video from work. Skip to 2:05 for the pole tricks.

well, you’d have to work hard to make the $ needed for those operations…

Dear Mr TeM, we have to do stretching but I hate it. Stretching is hard and im not. What other workouts can I do to be able to do the splits and can I eat Nutella from the jar to increase my calcium intake? thank you.

Lily, I’ll help you stre…ahhh, never mind self-edit

Get it right, the four food groups are greasy, crunchy, salty and sweet.
