They were banned, and are banned again under this variation. I really wish the general populace here would pay attention to how remarkably similar all these trolls are to a troll of the past. It’s so flippin obvious. I’d ban their main handle, but I would get sick of members whining about how unfair said banning was.
Of course, it’s somewhat unfair to expect the members to put it all together, since they’re not privy to the identical threatening PM’s from Member X and EVERY incarnation of this same troll, all aimed at the same people.

If this troll is repeatedly coming onto this board under another name to preserve their access under their main name, just warn them privately, and if they persist ban em’ I sure won’t protest if you zap this idiot. Given the low quality of Ark Man’s postings we won’t be missing much.
This troll’s main handle has some degree of acceptance, despite a total lack of substance to his posts. I do not bother communicating with this troll other than on the main board by posting that if he doesn’t behave, he loses his main handle, and that is how it will be.
Until the members who have been here long enough wake up and smell the coffee, I’ll leave things as they are, since control is always ours, and never the trolls, due to something precious to him that we control. Eventually, he’ll either tire of his bizarre behavior, or he’ll slip up. Then he’ll be gone. I have no problem with him being here as long as he vanishes when he’s told.
