You could invent a time machine, then go back and warn yourself not to watch it. But would you listen, hmmm?

No, it’d only make me want to watch it more, which would only lead to greater disappointment. This would make the 2nd me go back in time to warn 3rd me of how horrible it was, which would make 3rd me want it even more. This would just keep repeating until eventually I kill myself after being so heavily disappointed.

So, yea, this thread made me commit suicide. Thanks.
