I believe Tom’s students to be sincere. I have interacted with them on several occasions and they are good people that bought into his fantasies. I think he only has a couple of students left since he was outed anyway. I simply fear that if he isn’t well exposed and his information made readily available to new students, that as time passes, he will pop up again here or in another location.
Are you sure that he was an employee and not a patient? 
That’s funny. I wish I could say it’s true. It would be easy to deal with his lies if he was crazy. Instead, he is crafty, and clever in his deceit. He is methodical in his story building, which made it harder to catch him. Of course once it began to fall apart…
So I’m guessing at the mental institution is where he developed his lethal “combatives” skills. Unfortunately the system is worthless unless you are accompanied by 11 other people and nurse with a needle full of tranquilizer.
