Legally Lawful Lapdances for Bullshido’s Barrister Browning?
Obviously one can’t do that stuff with a client without having a negative effect on the quality of the representation that is provided.
Secondly just because she’s a sex worker doesn’t mean that he gets a get out of trouble free card when he exceeds the bounds of agreed upon contact.
If he was that hard up he should have flown out to Nevada and obtained professional help, where such services were legal.
What a moron. My only question is not whether the charges are true, (I’m sure they are) but whether she also turned him in for any reasons involving self interest. (Get rid of her legal bill, earn credit from a prosecutor on a criminal file.)
Epic fail. What a fucking douche bag.
You’re talking about Plissken right?
Hi Lily
Raises an objection in his legal briefs. HUH HUH.
do some pushups
AWWW.
I’d say yes but I’m afriad of him finding me and kicking my ass
Lmfao
Translated:
If you shake that ass for me I’ll help you with your bankruptcy.
Lolsuit
I’d take the strippers word for it, over the lawyer.
That’s just me though.
Why? They’ll both do about anything for money.
It’s that mentality that got your friend in trouble.
Hey, he dug his own grave.
I don’t get it, they exchanged services the only issue here is, the lawyer crossed a line, or better he tried to bend it and went to far.
The service that was exchanged could not be “sold” in that jurisdiction. Secondly we have the claim of sexual battery (touching beyond the agreed upon limits)
So you can give it for free but you can’t sell it? What is it with this country? You can fuck 100 people a day and it is legal but if you take a dollar for it it isn’t anymore?
And yeah he went to far and I get that but I don’t get the issue with the dances…
See the story, especially the part about him touching her beyond the agreed upon limits.
Yes I get the sexual assault thing but not her actions being illegal…
Some of their agreed upon conduct may have been illegal because of what they agreed to do during the lap dance. But if it wasn’t he probably ran afowl of his states rules of professional conduct regarding sexual contact with clients.
Wether or not her actions were illegal would depend on local laws, unless she had actual intercourse for money. That is only legal in parts of Nevada. The matter of him going to far would depend on a previous agreement, but regardless, most strippers doing private shows are smart enough to bring security.
Honestly, it sounds like the lawyer got hustled.
