Do you hold off on sex before a fight? If you do then how long? Do you think sexual activity before a fight should be stopped? And also do you think it is OK to have sex during traing but not lose sperm like some chinese say? (Like the “masters” that would tie a string around their scrotum to prevent ejaculations)
