Hi,

I’m new to the site and happened to come across a mention of NAMBLA. (Samurai Steve seems knowledgeable for he is correct in noting that NAMBLA wants to abolish all the sex-related statutes on the books. Sexual anarchy!) I am writing a magzine article on NAMBLA and would like some input on this controversial organization.

Let me tell you a little about myself and the article.

I am a staunch, card-carrying hetero who toes the party line. I also realize there is a lot of hate and pain in the world and I do not want to increase it by hating and hurting an adult who has a consensual homosexual relationship with another adult. It is none of my business. And it certianly is not the governement’s business. Protect my shores. Build my highways. Protect the defenseless…but stay out of my private life.

Enter the child (as defined by AOC laws)… Having it with a child is insupportable from every arguable vantage point. That is my opinion. I have researched the issues and thus know, to a degree, whereof I speak. There are some who disagree with my conclusion. Prove me wrong. Educate me. The article is about 75% complete and I have about three months before tentative press time.

Do an experiment. Visit www.nambla.org and www.boylover.net and compare the two. Don’t worry. You won’t catch any diseases or have the FBI knocking on your door. Tell me what you think and I’ll tell you why I think NAMBLA’s position is indefensible.

Being a newbie, let me know if I violate any rules, tacit or otherwise, or netiquette…
