I like a local craft brew from Pensacola Bay Brewer called Riptide Amber.
I want to add pisco - I geeked out on it a few years back, and where I travel for work, now, there’s a Peruvian restaurant that I noticed last night… going to visit maybe tonight, maybe next week, to check their selection. Pisco is similar to grappa. I find it to be a bit sweeter, and to have some excellent fruit characteristics that don’t typically come out in grappa - probably because regional agricultural differences? Anyways, there’s also a nifty “fight,” about who has the realz: Peru or Chile.

Quinta Rubana definitely a must try. Just love
Oh, I forgot to mention Yuengling lite. One step up from Coors Lite, which I recommend also.
