It was a straight grappling match between Couture and the Joes. The Joe that taps out the least amount of time in a 5 minute bout wins.
Randy shows that he does know submissions. He pretty much puts on a clinic of different submissions.
i was laughing my ass off through this one… that first guy got so thoroughly owned. hilarious.
Randy looked like he was going relatively light. Maybe there is something to that whole sport training method…
If they let the joes eyegouge or spit, Randy would’ve lost.
