Ralph Severe posts his firing on youtube

From the Severe files:

//youtu.be/aLeItitUnjQ

Ralph gets fired.

This seems like Ralph was secretly recording a disciplinary meeting with a work supervisor. He then posts it on YouTube? I don’t know what the law in Texas is regarding recording, but this is some strange @#%$.

@ 5:00

Ralph says… “Can I see the VERBAL warning”

DOUCHE

He’s not the sharpest shuriken in the tree.

dammit no speakers on work pc. someone please snag that before ralph takes it down

Linz, you’re not missing much, just Ralph trying to be a dick (and succeeding) with his supers’ about not clocking in then, finally claiming to have had a background check done on the guy conducting the meeting which lends it’s self to Ralph being “terminated”.

The Ralph gets pissy about when he can return his uniform. Wanker.

At first blush it looks legal in Texas.

Posting this sort of shite on youtube [in his tiny mind] makes him look good. The reality is, if the recording was worth a damn he wouldn’t have posted.

As this really doesn’t have anything to do with Ralphiess catbox groupie credentials and the monstrous MABS thread it was removed,

Thanks matey.

Ralph may think it helps him, but any potential employer listening to the tape will probably conclude that he’ll be a pain in the ass to supervise.

what does he (or did he) do for a job?

Well, it’s close enough for Trollshido.

Yeah, Texas is a one-party state when it comes to audio recordings…as long as one person knows about it and consents, it’s legal. I, at one time, felt the need to record conversations with an ex-wife. Heh.

Texas, unfortunately for Mr. Severe, is a work at will state. Unless he had a contract (and it doesn’t sound like he does), they can terminate him for almost any reason (except for certain discriminatory ones) including not liking the color of his shoes.

As it doesn’t sound like, from the recording, that they are crossing any of those discrimination lines, Ralphie can be butthurt all he wants.

On the other hand, the security company he works for can’t legally prevent him from visiting people he knows on the property.
