I am going to get some videos of baji and I have the option of getting:
The Adam Hsu ones ( 2 tapes)
or
The Su Yu Cheng ones ( 3 tapes I think)
Which one would you guys suggest?
There are also some VCD, but they are in chinese and I dont speak chinese and since I have NO experience in Baji I would like to hear as much as see.
I was told that with my Chen Taiji “experience” I woul dbe able to pick up this n that, but I don’t want to just pick up bits n pieces…

From what I read from Taiwanese website, Xu’s baji is purer than Su’s as Su blended it with Praying Mantis style~~~

I dont. But I know of the Chinese videos around. I guess you could start with them as they are quite cheap.

Oh,sorry to mention that Xu=Hsu,the former is hanyu pinyin romanization(used by mainland China) and the latter is Wade-Giles romanization~~~

A lot of the DVDs I got in China have English subtitles available. Keep an eye out for those ones.
