Predator vs MMA

How would a human trained in MMA (at a Pro or Amateur level) do against a Predator in a standup/groundfight?

As seen from the movies Predator strength, endurance, speed, reflexes, and pain tolerance is well above that of many humans on the planet.

Most humans who try to slug it out with a Pred get killed, well except for Danny Glover who managed to kill a Pred 1-on-1.

Difference is those humans weren’t trained fighters, but what MMA skillsets would help a human take down a Predator? Is a MMA fighter a good fight for the Pred?

this is the kind of thing that gives the internet a bad name.

OMG I thought I was on a gaming forum for a second.

Danny Glover had an unfair advantage. He was just so angry in that film he must have been able to channel his anger into pure asskicking.

Depends entirely on whatever stat bonuses you had on your turn.

Yautja toy with hardened machine gun toting commandos. They’re physically strong enough to lift a 200 pound man with one hand and climb shit.

As a warrior culture it is certain that they have their own armed and unarmed martial arts on top of their tremendous strength, agility, and toughnes advantages.

MMA doesnt work on the mean streets of LV-426

Is that because of the lava?

i’d rather watch predator vs pro wrestling.

Actually I’m waiting for Hulk vs. Sentry (wannabe Superman) at the end of October.

Or the broken glass.

Danny GLover killed a predator Because he’s black.

Sylvia Saint vs Kobe Tai vs Heather Hunter.

You should stick to aikido bashing Sith Lord.

The funny thing is I think you were serious about this thread.

I’ve actually seen two nerds get into a fist fight at lunch time over what would win a star destroyer or the enterprise.
Was that you?

If no video it didn’t happen.

This is perfect for that old site, grudge-match.com. I’m pretty sure they did the Enterprise-vs-star-destroyer question.

Better yet, who wins in a fight? A grizzly bear or a great white shark?

Before everyone asks, they are fighting in a gelatinous cube where they both have a complete range of motion.

What Flavor?

Tequila

I’m always serious… :frowning:
