Yeah, they mind. I don’t know about the people who jack off stallions- they probably don’t care if they enjoy it, though EW those things are CRUSTY and they SMELL and WHY.
But penetration, yes they notice, and it can be very traumatic for them. From that I have heard from the people who have had this happen to their horse, it’s a long time before the horse is the same. They panic easily, have a hard time trusting, get withdrawn or violent or depressed. The thing people don’t realize if they don’t spend a lot of time working with horses (and I don’t mean having your groom saddle up your horse so you can go in circles in an arena in your fancypants) is that they’re very sensitive, emotional creatures, and they have long memories. They have a great capacity for forgiveness, but abuse still leaves it’s mark.
The other thing is that you might think, “but a stallion covers a mare and they’re bigger!”
Well, two things- one, the mare has to be in heat to be receptive, and two, if she isn’t receptive or doesn’t care for the stallion, she may try to kill him, or at least kick his ass. That is why they have breeding hobbles, which I’m guessing is something that people who do this kind of thing rig up some form of.
Also, on the other side of it, some horses are very obedient and sweet-natured and will not fight even when something hurts or upsets them. It’s often the horses who are trusting and try hard to be good that are targeted by people like this.

They get listless, droopy, won’t eat or drink, and drop weight without having an illness.
Also if they start doing neurotic things they never did before, like cribbing (they bite down on something and suck wind for the endorphin rush, because it gives them a bit of a high) and weaving, where they stand there and weave the front of their body back and forth, back and forth. If they’re upset they might start pacing back and forth or pawing.
@Cowboy- horse fuckers don’t usually try to do it out in front of a bar, I’d imagine. They come out at night when there isn’t anyone around to shoot them in the fucking head for being horse rapists.
