ow can i get motivated to get back in the gym

hey whats up. lately i havent been going to my mma classes because i hate the workout and i feel like my trainers dont really like me and that i suck lol i know it might sound stupid but yea. i love mma and i go to a great school but idk sometimes i just dont feel like going (alot) so what can i do or tell myself to make me start going more? thank you. Its just like anything in life thats hard, you get used to it, the first part is the hardest, if you force yourself into a routine of going, you’ll end up upset when you’re unable to make it.

Get your trainer to arrange a fight for you in 6 months time. I guarantee that the thought of someone kicking the shit out of you will make you go to training every day.
