First Strike Real-Time self defense is the best MMA program in Raleigh area because it is more than just MMA or self defense, it is both MMA and REAL TIME self defense. MMA doesn’t have weapons like guns but in First Strike you are taught to deal with that. That’s why the grappling looks diffeent from Judo because in First Strike system you have to be ready for your training buddy to pull a swtitchblade on you.
