Obscure training for body and mind toughness

Go into the desert, eat about a half pound of pscilocybin mushrooms, eat some mescaline and acid, take some roll and snort some rockstar gaggers inbetween hits of black tar heroin- I call this an oreo, for mental toughness. Chain smoke menthols (!yeah Newport 100’s!) for your cardio, because smoking makes you good at sports. (PLZ don’t even try to argue, don’t buy into all that brainwashing conservative ass propaganda) and blow the smoke into the faces of the nearest skinhead, soccer hooligan, convict, or straight edger for sparring credit.
