any non-mcdojos in the Dallas/ fortworth area?
preferable schools that teach mixed martial arts.

Go to txmma.com. They have a list of schools there. D/FW is a hotbed for BJJ/MMA. Alot of the guys who fight on the smaller amateur shows around Texas train there. Off the top of my head I know Guy Mezger’s gym and North Dallas BJJ are there. Both of them train fighters.
