I have been the technical advisor for the sambo episode. We will be travelling to Russia next week to film. The episode looks good. Could be better than Human weapon!
We will be filming in St. Petersberg and training at My coach’s (Alexander Barakov) clubs.
I can tell you right off that they don’t care is Dhani loses his fights…

Fun story:
Yesterday, I went in to get audited for graduation.
Turns out, Dhani Jones not only also went to U of M, but also went through the same living-learning community as I did and lived in the same building as I.
The auditor seemed to remember him quite well, and spoke of how he tried to be a ‘renaissance man,’ as she put it, rather just another dumb football player.

Well, who cares what a auditor has to say? But, cool you have that personal connection there. We have been training/filming and I find Dhani to be a low key and good man. Well spoken, strong, and humble. I think the episode will be excellent based on the last 2 days of filming.
