Mutual M4sturbati0n society.

Sirc and Munacra will be meeting for a gong sau at the Mega. The fight will be under the MMA ruleset.

For those who have read the thread “Judo” by Sirc, you have waded through the drama fest which dealt little with the sport of judo.

For those who had better taste, this thread is about getting some logistical help to Munacra when he makes the trip to California.

The tickets for flights need to be purchased soon, especially given that it is during a holiday weekend. Hence, it was agreed between Munacra and myself that I would start the thread.

Given that it is a holiday weekend, he may need to arrive on Thursday and depart on Tuesday.

Who out there will shelter the young man when he arrives from TX?

Pick him up from the airport or help him in this regard?

Possibly see him off on a bus later to go to San Diego and train with Saulo?

Omega has agreed to referee the match.

Hopefully, the trash talking will be kept to a dull roar. Enough of that has been witnessed in the earlier thread (no one is guiltier of this than myself).

Video has been promised.

Lets see that saddle in action!!!

This gonna be anything like the Sirc vs Cracky gong sau?

One of them will bottle it.

Oh, god, link please.

Unless he’s flying into Fresno, I can’t really help with much of anything.

If it is, it’ll be munacra. I’ll already be in SB with omega.

This is something I have been working on for a good while. Next time we meet up, I will show you the fruits of your instruction.

Other than that, the rolling kneebar has been my competition weapon, as well as rolling toeholds. I took your advice and use leglocks to set up guardpasses and guard passes to set up leglocks.

The part I am having problems with at the moment are compression locks. Are they independent of the big four leglocks and require their own setup or are they complimentary and I can made do with, for example, a basic ankle lock setup?

I won’t bail out on this. I’m looking forward to the trip. I already talked to one of my coaches about training in San Diego with Saulo and Xande Ribeiro, and I’m hoping to score a date or two with x amount of cute girls while I’m there to pass the time between training sessions.

I don’t know California but google maps should be enough help. If I can’t get any logistics help, I’ll take greyhounds to get from point a to point b.

Basically, I just want to get to Omega’s place, finish the fight early, hang out for a while and grill a burger, take off and get to San Diego to begin some good training.

The greyhound going from SB to SD is horrid. I’m sure someone from SD will be coming up to Santa Barbara and back down.

They are DEFINITELY complementary! I use them when they, say, defend a kneebar by figure fouring the legs, or if they are ankle locking me I will use them. They are more of a transition move now though, I would rather rely on something that does instant damage than something that will just cause a contusion or a bit of pain, it is a “HEY LOOK OVER HERE” kinda thing so I can get into position to snap something off.

I still need to get some stuff from Omega, so this would be a good opportunity to have a reason to go to SB. I can take care of the ride from SD to SB or drive you in San Diego to train. Sorry, no cute girls I could set you up with ATM.

Sirc,

You should know that I’m pulling for Munacra when you two meet.

Still - I hope you kick some serious ass when it comes to the UG fight.

Consider this a thread bump (-:

So, is this INTERNET DRAMA or “internet drama” with beer and goos times for everybody?

I could help in that regard. . .but,
they’re all hula dancers, and their
brothers don’t usually take kindly
to cowboys hitting on their sisters.

In San Diego? I’m interested, and I’m more of a haole than a cowboy.

Munacra is more of a rockero than a vaquero.

When and at what time are you going to be in Santa Barbara? Depending on whats going on I can probably help get you around.

I’m rooting for Munacra. Good luck.

Remember lads, break something off and it’s yours forever. That’s how I own John Larroquette’s spine.

(I don’t know who that is, I’m just pop culturin’)
