Just out of curiosity how did you meet him in prison?
well i do have to say
i served 2 years with him at scott state prison for a drug offense. we wre housed in the same dorm and interacted on a very regular basis and worked out together often as well. but like i said u cant judge a guy by his crime or by an article from the paper that is tottaly biased against the man. chip mize isnt a monster and the fact that he was into martial arts has nothing to do with the case at hand.
Of course we can judge him on the basis of a murder, and attempted murder he committed. If it was good enough for the Justice system its good enough for me!
2/10…
That is just about the most disgusting, horrifying thing I can imagine. That poor family.
I remember when this happened, the guy wasn’t a monster, but he did flip the fuck out and kill someone.
ok chip is more than likely never gonna experience alot of the small things that yall take for granted but ok neither will his father ok so i understand that but to call a man who under unknown circumstances snapped and killed someone a monster is wrong we all have been at a snapping point ok most of us have not lost control the way he did but im sure there were things going on in that home that none of us will ever know about, he lost control took a life and is paying for it with his life behind bars so let it go already. the past is the opast we all regret and want to change something we have done but he is the one who has to live with the idea that he took his own fathers life not us can u imagine the mental anguish he must endure for the rest of his life u ppl should should leave him alone and let his own mind give him the same thing u r
According to the paper he snapped when he would have had to have admitted to his parents that he had lied to them about going to college for four years and that he had graduated, when he had dropped out four years previously. That indicates a pathological level of dishonesty. I don’t doubt that he told you guys another story, (funny how people do that) but he didn’t just snap, there was a build up.
Have some kids of your own; Dedicate your life to them, change their diapers, go to their football games, go without food so they can eat… then wake up with a knife in your face because you tried to buy them a car for a graduation that never happened – then tell me this person doesn’t need to be incinerated. What happened to the tuition, book money, etc?
We have a saying up here: Once a thief, always a thief.
actually chip didnt talk about his crime and u say according to the paper (an obviously biased article) so what what the paper says. i am not gonna beleive that we,the paper, the d.a. or anyone outside of that family knows what really happened that night maybe noone outside of chips mind knows what happend to cause that but come on do you really think the man did that over a car or a lie there has to be more that noone knows about to that story and scince it seems that i am the only one who has met the fella it does give me a little more room to comment on him. but feel free to keep the comments and replys coming. but let me just say this again none of us really knows anything about that night or the family life atmosphere in their household. i truly agree he did some horrible shit that night. and he has to live with what he did for the rest of his life wich will be spent with someone telling him when to eat sleep shower shit talk move and any of the other small things in life we take for granted. so his family is not the only ones suffering he ios as well and as some of you say he may deserve it. his dad didnt deserve to die that horrible night his mom didnt deserve the injuries she sustained that night. but its over done with in the past 16 years in the past they have to live with it not us and i just dont think we have the right to judge him based upon his crime (the only trouble the man was ever in) we dont have to live with the guilt the anguish and the horrible visions or nightmares that they do. let it go
He was already judged. He was judged guilty. So, yes we have the right to judge him because, his actions and the court proved it out.
When I was younger I did something similar. I hid my report card and my bad grades when I was in college. The difference?
When it all came to a head, I moved out.
Yeah, my parents are still alive and we laugh about my “attitude” when I left.
So, yeah bullshit.
What you do speaks so loudly that I cannot hear what you say.

evn after your comments i still maintain my point of veiw thank you for the discussion freinds im sorry that u have as men have judged this man beyond the courts and condemned him as a “wacko” or “monster” when he is probably more intelligent than any of us and hell like ive said i think that he is condemned to dream, relive, think, and anguish over his actions of that night. i have met him and i have judged him a good man even after learning what his crime was. i just dont feel i have the right to judge a man for his indiscretions when i have my own problems and troubles. lets all look at ourselves. and i know some of u will say “Well we didnt kill our parents” oyu r right but we all have some act or problem that we have to face up to. so to cheaply quote the Bible let him without sin cast the first stone. yeah i know that was just a wrong thing to say and i welcome as many replies as yall can write
I’d ask his father what happened, but he’s not around after the knife catching contest. I’d ask his mom but she’s still traumatised, I’d ask Chip but he’s a proven liar. And you call the newspaper biased? Now I know why you went to jail for drugs, you’re not exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Quite a few serial killers have genius level intelligence. This is a strawman stop building them.
I’m not in Jail I’ll adamantly disagree.
and hell like ive said i think that he is condemned to dream, relive, think, and anguish over his actions of that night. i have met him and i have judged him a good man even after learning what his crime was. i just dont feel i have the right to judge a man for his indiscretions
So. I haven’t judged him the courts did. We are commenting on his idiocy and stupidity.
Yet hear you sit judging or actions.
Yet isn’t that what you continue to do in every post? Yep.
when i have my own problems and troubles. lets all look at ourselves.
Not paying a bill is a problem.
A dead battery is a problem.
Murdering your Dad and maiming your mom is a decision and a choice not a problem.
Now, being in jail is a problem. Yet, it was his conscious choice.
i know some of u will say “Well we didnt kill our parents” oyu r right but we all have some act or problem that we have to face up to.
Actually, I already said that before, you posted again. Please read the replies.
Murder is not something you can take back. You trying to say oh “we all have something to face up to” is ludicrous.
so to cheaply quote the Bible let him without sin cast the first stone. yeah i know that was just a wrong thing to say and i welcome as many replies as yall can write
If you are going to quote the bible do it correctly not out of context. First off, it was adultery. Second, Go read Romans13: 1-7 and get back to me.
Seriously?
I mean really?
Killing your father and trying to kill your mom is not a fucking “indiscretion”
What exactly are we supposed to judge him on if not the fact that he is a murderer?
see there u wanna start talkin trash and hurling insults huh well i dont guess i can stop u ON HERE but anyways i thought this was a forum of opiniobns and discussion i have yet to insult any of you petty judgemental small minded idiots even when i wanted to. and about the Bible quote i said before the quote that it was cheap and knew id get some comments back about it. but the bible also says that the only unforgivable sin iis suicide and also says that all sins are seen equally by God. but this is not a religious forum now is it. and just to tell you. i am an ordained minister ive fallen to the wayside used drugs and repented and was forgiven by the Lord. God does forgive you of anything as long as you seek him and repent.
Of course this is a forum of opinions, my current one is that you’re a complete idiot. Its nice to see that you regard suicide as a greater sin then homicide and attempted homicide. Yeh, I get the idea that you’re religious, I suppose it beats crack or meth or whatever you were pumping into your body down in Georgia.
its interesting how losers and crims often become “saved” by god, i guess its a way they can try and get rid of their guilt for what theyve done.
