MMA/Wrestling for Differntley Abled - emancipation or exploitation

I saw this posted this morning and was speachless. We have had threads regarding differently abled MMA and Martial Artests before, included one wrestler who was really impressive.
Always looking for something new, I found this entertaining, until the (spoiler) medical guys work on someone.
Then I began to wonder, is this the next Special Olympic event raising their profile, or is it somehow MMA pushed a little too far.

Can you give us a summary so I don’t have to watch Canadian commercials?
